Lysiane ML: Turning Challenges into Strength
Some people leave a mark because of their life story, others because of who they are. Lysiane is one of those rare people who do both.
Originally from the Charente region, this 29-year-old woman is known for her warm smile, contagious energy, and genuine kindness. For her, people are never just a business concept—they are at the heart of every decision, every commitment, and every project. Her personal motto perfectly reflects her outlook on life: "Only time will tell."
Her journey began in Ruffec, where she completed a vocational high school diploma in Administrative Management, naturally following a path that seemed to fit her family background. She then continued with a Higher National Diploma (BTS) in Confolens. However, she soon realised that this course was not the right fit for her and decided to leave.
Lysiane then entered the workforce, discovering a variety of professional environments, including home care and the industrial sector. These experiences allowed her to develop what would later become one of her greatest strengths: adaptability and a natural ability to connect with people.
Life then took her to Saint-Junien with her partner. This move marked an important turning point in her career. She joined a temporary employment agency as an administrative assistant, first through a programme linked to the French employment service and later on a six-month contract.
At the same time, she became a mother for the first time. Motherhood quickly became central to her life and deeply influenced the way she approached both work and human relationships.
Within the same company, she progressed to the positions of Agency Assistant and Recruitment Consultant. From welcoming candidates and processing payroll to recruitment, sourcing, and supporting both employees and clients, she became a true all-round professional.
For four years, she devoted herself wholeheartedly to this role. However, over time, she witnessed a gradual shift. The human values that had originally given meaning to her work slowly gave way to objectives focused primarily on performance and profitability.
Then life confronted her with an especially painful personal tragedy that profoundly changed her plans, her certainties, and part of her emotional balance.
Back in Charente, Lysiane slowly rebuilt herself. After several professional experiences, she returned to human resources, first as an HR Assistant and later as an HR Manager within the industrial sector.
But by constantly striving to give her very best, she eventually forgot to take care of herself. Burnout became a painful reminder that personal well-being must never be sacrificed.
Even so, she refused to give up.
Returning to Haute-Vienne, she settled in Saint-Priest-sous-Aixe and entered a new phase of rebuilding. During this period, she joined APF France Handicap, an experience she still recalls with deep emotion today. Working as both Administrative Manager and Secretary, she finally rediscovered an environment where human values truly mattered.
A few years later, she continued her professional journey as a Planning Manager in L'Isle-d'Espagnac. This role introduced her to the agricultural world, a sector that resonated deeply with her. As the daughter of a sheep farmer, she found familiar values and a strong connection to the local area.
It was also during this period that the first signs of her health issues appeared. As a result, her probation period came to an end—an experience that deeply affected her self-confidence. For the first time, she questioned her own abilities and went through an especially difficult chapter.
After a career filled with successes, setbacks, personal growth, and constant rebuilding between Charente and Haute-Vienne, Lysiane made an important decision: she would not let this setback define her future.
She completed a professional skills assessment, a process that helped her regain confidence, recognise her strengths, value everything she had accomplished, and look towards the future with renewed optimism. Supported by her family, encouraged by those closest to her, and inspired every day by her children, she reached a decisive milestone.
On 1 June 2026, Lysiane ML officially came to life.
A business created with both heart and purpose.
The company name itself tells a deeply personal story. "Lysiane"—a first name she had not always embraced—has now become a symbol of confidence, resilience, and self-acceptance. The initials "ML" represent her two children, the greatest sources of motivation and the pillars of her life.
Even before launching the business, she wanted them to be part of the adventure. Their approval mattered. Their support mattered even more. Because this company is not only a professional project but also a legacy of values she hopes to pass on to them.
True to her personality, Lysiane is building a business where listening, communication, empathy, and respect are fundamental principles. A company where people will never be reduced to numbers or treated as mere resources.
Through her own journey, she also hopes to pass on an important lesson to her children: success should never come at the cost of one's health or identity. It is not necessary to follow conventional paths or live according to other people's expectations. It is possible to move forward at your own pace, stay true to your values, and create your own definition of success.
Today, Lysiane looks towards the future with confidence. Every hardship has strengthened her, every encounter has nurtured her kindness, and every twist in her journey has helped shape the business she proudly leads today.
Because, after all, the words that have always guided her still ring true:
"Only time will tell."
