📑 Terms and Conditions of Sale – Terres et Talents Magazine

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rules for the commercialization of advertising and communication spaces within the bilingual magazine Terres et Talents, published by Iliana Patat.

2. Services offered

Advertisers may reserve advertising spaces in the following formats:

• ½ page: €150

• 1 full page: €200

• Double page: €350

• Online version (presence on the website, Instagram and Facebook): €100/month

Each insertion includes:

• Layout and integration into the magazine

• Distribution in the printed edition (limited to 250 copies)

• Distribution through selected local partners

• Digital presence on social media and the website (for the online package)

⚠️ The online version requires a minimum subscription of 3 months, to match the quarterly rhythm of the printed editions.

⚠️ Prices may vary depending on specific distribution requests (e.g., direct delivery to customers’ mailboxes).

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are expressed in euros (€), all taxes included.

• Reservation is confirmed only after full payment is received.

• Payment can be made by bank transfer or check.

4. Schedule and distribution

• The first issue is scheduled for December, followed by April, then quarterly publication.

• Print run is limited to 250 copies.

• Distribution is carried out exclusively through the local partners designated by the publisher.

5. Responsibilities of the advertiser and the publisher

• The advertiser provides the necessary information (content, contact details, logo).

• The publisher conducts an interview to enrich the content.

• The publisher ensures professional photography and the creation of associated visual content.

• The publisher reserves the right to refuse any content that is unlawful, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the editorial line of the magazine.

6. Cancellation

• Any cancellation by the advertiser must be notified in writing.

• In case of cancellation after validation, the amount paid remains due to the publisher.

7. Applicable law and disputes

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

• Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the publisher.
