Behind every business there are women and men, journeys and stories. It is with this deeply human conviction that Muriel has built her own path.

For more than thirty years, she has worked in demanding environments where precision and attention to people go hand in hand. She began in the early 1990s within a family-run group of nursing homes, holding transversal roles involving organization, risk management, safety, technical supervision, and support for management teams. These early years shaped her strong sense of responsibility and her ability to secure complex situations.

Over time, she became director of a specialized Alzheimer care facility before taking on the role of network director, supporting teams and overseeing the opening of new establishments. There, she developed a management style based on listening, trust, and a deep understanding of people’s life paths.

In 2015, Muriel chose to put this experience at the service of companies with 1 to 50 employees.

With a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and extensive field experience, she now supports business leaders in strengthening the performance of their support functions so they can focus on their expertise and key success factors.

As an HR consultant, she assists company leaders with the structuring and management of their human resources, transforming HR into a real strategic lever. Her support includes payroll management, recruitment procedures (contracts, DPAE declarations), employee onboarding, management of workplace relations, and assistance during regulatory obligations and inspections (labour inspectorate, URSSAF, etc.).

Deeply committed to proximity and trust, Muriel mainly works with local businesses, becoming a reliable and responsive partner. Her strong understanding of the field, combined with the absence of similar services nearby, makes her a valuable point of reference for leaders seeking pragmatic and human support.

Muriel has never stopped learning. Risk management, regulatory frameworks, budget monitoring, and support related to Alzheimer’s disease — her career reflects a constant desire to expand her knowledge and adapt her practices.

She is also certified Silae My Performance 2026, recognizing her advanced mastery of the Silae payroll system and ensuring precise and compliant payroll management.
